Latitude output upset by wimmera

Hi and thanks for Maplorer

Now I am way over my head with this GIS stuff but I'll do my best to explain.

I have Maplorer loaded on a ALDI - Go Cruise probaly the same as the earlier post from detlef.

The problem is the map keeps jumping away from my position with inconsitant toggling back to my position.

Having looked at the NMEA output it is inconsitantly alternating between a negitive Latitude (S) and a positive Latitude (S).

Neg Latitude correspondes to a GPGGA output.
Pos Latitude correspondes to a GPRMC output.

I can't be sure which one gives the correct output on the screen for my position -36.0 Latitude.

My details

Maplorer Version 2.3
Chinese GPS Go Cruise
Windows CE 6.0

Port 7
Baud Rate 4800
Byte Size 8
Stop Bits 0
Parity 0

Location Australia
I also have Oziexplorer working correctly on this GPS

Any suggestions

Thanking you

This problem has now been fixed.

The issue was only relevant to those of us living south of the equater.

Any way I am one happy customer :)

Thanks Again
